Colorado was a lot of fun. I was able to see a lot of Amber's family, friends and get aquainted with the city of Denver a bit. However, I was unable to see her grandma and uncle in boulder because Steve(Amber's Dad) and I ended up getting horribly sick with the stomach flu the night before. This was the first time I could ever recall getting the stomach flu. So instead of bonding over beers we were bonding over the toilet. The night before we left Steve had a good bye BBQ for us before we set off for Oregon. Here are some of the pictures from that as well as pictures of Amber's adorable niece Amelia.

We went to the beach (Cannon Beach) and Tillamook ice cream factory with our friends Joey and Charlene. I enjoy the Oregon coast a lot and it was one stop that we agreed that we had to go to. The weather was the typical Oregon coast cloudly over cast but it wasn't too cold. It felt good to have the sand between my toes again.

Also as part of our trip we decided to go skydiving with our friend Joel. He had arranged and mad reservations for us to go skydiving in Eugene. None of us ended up being scared at all about jumping out of the plane. The experience was quite amazing being able to fully see the Earth with my eyes instead of having to look through a limited view window on an airplane. That night we decided to go out with our friend Ariann to celebrate our jump and our return to Oregon.

There was also an experience with a naked cat. Now Amber enjoyed meeting the cat and wants one now. Me on the other hand I am not sure how I feel about this type of cat. It doesn't feel natural and when you touch it, it feels kind of like touching a rats tail.
As we did in Colorado my parents had a family get together/good bye party/my brother Fred's birthday party. Here are the pictures from that BBQ.

Overall the trip was really fun and amazing, although it went by rather quick.
